Wenger is a fox in the box when it comes to the transfer window. You can never predict what the Frenchman is truly up but once in a while, he gives hint of what to expect. Fews day ago, he gave a big indication that Arsenal may be interested in signing Leicester City N’Golo Kante.
Unfortunately according to the Daily Mirror, Chine club Shanghai SIPG are willing pay as much as £35 million for Kante. And according to reports, Leicester City are willing to accept the £35m bid. Which is way more than the £20 million Arsenal is said to be willing to pay for the box to box workaholic midfielder.
Kante was one of the best players in the Premier League the last time out and it is no wonder that many clubs are interested in his signing. Although on paper Arsenal do not need him but when you consider the fact that Chamberlain could be going on loan and Wilshere has not shown to have overcome his injury woes then you will understand why Wenger could be interested in Kante.
